I have known Maria for many years and have always considered her to be a wonderful human being, but what she brings to our fur babies lives makes me even more in awe of her! she is so knowledgeable and patient with us Guardians, and she has genuine joy from seeing us bond with our new dogs! The team, including Heidi and Lily, have a huge fountain of knowledge that they are eager to share with us, and I can't thank them enough. They have given us ideas to help us to communicate with Betty(our rescue) and tips on how to read her communication to us. I have certainly gained more confidence and skills since attending our 6 week course. Thank you FP&T for everything
I was looking for a local dog trainer and to my surprise found Maria a couple of minutes away from where I live! I have a 2 year old rescue skittish border collie boy and wanted to develop my bond with him to help him settle and start behaviour training. The training is fun, very varied and extremely informing together with an additional online lesson in behaviour I understand my dogs anxieties and excitement levels so much more. The bond I’ve developed with Arlo has improved so much over the six week course and I’ve enrolled for the next course too as I’d love to see where this takes me & my new best friend. Maria and the team are very friendly, personable and really care about everything they do with the dogs and their humans. Looking forward to the next chapter.
Booked some private sessions with Maria to help with an overly stimulated and energetic puppy who couldn't calm down.
She helped us with games and exercises that were fun, engaging and rewarding with our pup.
His attention towards us has improved, he's now able to calm down much quicker, and we've been given the tools to ensure we're giving him the best training and interaction we can to ensure he's a happy pup!
The exercises were excellently explained, clearly demonstrated, with well defined progression to increase the level of interaction and difficulty to stimulate our pups body and mind.
It's not hyperbolic to say she's changed our lives as things have improved so much.
We can't sing Maria's praises enough!
